Acupuncture

Acupuncture Is a system of integrative medicine that involves the insertion of very thin tiny needles through the skin at strategic points on the body. Over 3000 years of research from around the globe prove that acupuncture can help relieve pain and is used for a wide range of other mental, physical, and emotional conditions. In 1997, the National Institute of Health (NIH) documented and publicized acupuncture's safety and efficacy for treating a wide range of conditions. Acupuncture is now covered by many insurance policies and most broadly used to treat pain and anxiety.

Acupressure

Acupressure is an alternative medicine technique similar in principle to acupuncture. Acupressure is an ancient form of massage used in Traditional Chinese MedIcine. It is a non-invasive procedure more acceptable to patients that have sensitivities to needles, children, the elderly, and many other issues that prevent the use of acupuncture.

Herbal Therapy

Auricular Therapy

Gua Sha
